My artistic practice is rooted in the transformation of diverse mediums into visual meditations and dreamlike imagery. I approach creation as a therapeutic process—an alternative form of medicine that allows me to explore and express the layered dimensions of my inner world. Through my work, I seek to bridge the subconscious and conscious mind, crafting visual narratives that speak to emotional healing, introspection, and connection. This evolving language of symbols and textures invites viewers into a space of personal contemplation, where meaning is fluid and interpretation is deeply individual.

As an artist based in Kansas City, MO, I enjoy working across a wide spectrum of tools and techniques. My creative process often involves ink drawing, music production, laser engraving, video editing, and printmaking. I am drawn to the tactile and experimental nature of mixed media, which allows me to merge sound, image, and motion into immersive experiences.

My recent body of work includes a series of visual pieces created for MELLOW, a solo/collaborative music album released in August 2025. One of these pieces, Balanced High, is the third video in the series and was developed in collaboration with Danny “Dan Matic” Staton. The visuals were crafted using frame-by-frame animation, hand-drawn illustrations, stencils, screen prints, and clay. The music originated from a 30-second beat loop I composed, which Staton then deconstructed and reimagined into a rich, layered soundscape. Balanced High premiered at the Gloze Museum, marking a significant moment in the album’s visual journey.

The first video in the series, Mellow, features frame-by-frame animation and hand-drawn elements that reflect the introspective tone of the album. It debuted at my solo exhibition in 2024 at Golden Stag Tattoo & Gallery in Kansas City, MO, and was later selected for screening at WaveForms: Video & Animation, presented by Boston Cyberarts and the Museum of Science Boston in October 2024. This recognition affirmed the project's resonance beyond its local roots and highlighted the power of interdisciplinary collaboration.
