I'm a multidisciplinary artist based in Houston, Texas blending 3D printing, design, light installation, digital sculpting, and photography to explore the intersection of art and technology. Art has always been my passion, evolving over the years from drawing and abstract painting to graffiti and sculpture.
Today, I fuse traditional techniques with modern digital tools, transforming concepts into 3D models and bringing them to life with a 3D printer. This fusion allows me to create dynamic, interactive pieces that reflect the ever-evolving relationship between creativity and technology.
Art is a constant journey, and through my work, I aim to bridge the past with the future, adapting my lifelong love of art to the possibilities of today's digital world.
The work featured in the showcase is part of my Light Orbs of Houston project. These 3D-printed lithophane spheres symbolize Houston's diverse locations and landmarks, capturing the essence of the city's architectural beauty. The light that shines through these pieces represents the people, culture, and community-the heartbeat that drives the city's vibracy. Just as Houston's true essence comes to life through the unity of its people, the installation only shines in its full brilliance when the spheres and light are brought together. The sculptures are crafted from PLA filament using advanced 3D printing techniques to create intricate designs that interact with light in powerful ways. Each piece serves as a conversation between technology and the natural world, reflecting the collaborative spirit that makes the city come alive.
"When others see the light within you, that is art!"
